This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Conducts general administrative duties such as managing mail, typing, and maintaining filing systems for the program.
• Processes copayment requests for patients, pharmacies, and/or physicians involved in programs that provide copay assistance or concierge payments.
• Collaborates with Program managers to ensure copayment KPIs are achieved.
• Works with ISI Accounting to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Coordinates with the third-party payment administrator to ensure precise electronic payment processing.
• Establishes and maintains office files, schedules appointments, and organizes meeting rooms as needed.
• Gathers information from various sources to create reports.
• Audits and maintains location-specific reports by identifying errors, inconsistencies, or discrepancies; makes corrections and informs relevant personnel.
• Updates and preserves essential business information using computer systems or departmental files.
• Aids in both scheduled and unscheduled departmental projects.
• Composes and types correspondence and/or presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Manages multiple projects across various departments within a business segment or across multiple segments as required.
• Engages with inter-departmental colleagues and management to address workload challenges.
• Fosters and upholds positive and professional working relationships with colleagues and management.
• Adheres to applicable policies, procedures, safety regulations, and guidelines.
• Reports any Adverse Events to designated units/departments.
• Executes related responsibilities as assigned.
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of experience in an administrative position within a pharmaceutical environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Demonstrated accuracy in processing large volumes of data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
• Flexibility to adapt to change and learn new skills as necessary.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English is preferred.
• Strong analytical and mathematical capabilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
