Studio Production Artist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Develop and produce high-quality digital and print-ready designs across various media formats.

• Ensure that all deliverables conform to the initial concepts and adhere to brand standards.

• Examine and enhance mechanicals and layouts while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.

• Implement retouching and color management techniques to align with production requirements.

• Tackle technical and design obstacles by leveraging strong production expertise.

• Oversee multiple projects and deadlines for various clients in a dynamic environment.

• Assist in quality control by performing comprehensive checks and ensuring consistent execution.

• Collaborate effectively with designers and stakeholders, utilizing Adobe Creative Suite and emerging tools such as GenAI.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years of experience in studio production design (graphic design is an advantage).

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant studio software, with knowledge of emerging tools like GenAI.

• Capable of utilizing the agency’s proprietary software tools.

• Strong grasp of mechanicals, production, and print processes.

• Proficient in layout refinement, retouching, and color management.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Effective project management skills with the capability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.

• Detail-oriented, maintaining high standards for accuracy and quality while managing multiple clients in fast-paced settings.
