Studio Opening Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete operational execution for designated new studio openings, starting from lease signing and culminating at the Grand Opening.

• Manage key dates and schedules, facilitate project-status meetings, and create contingency plans as needed.

• Act as the main cross-functional liaison.

• Travel to new studio locations to oversee studio setup and lead Grand Opening events.

• Collaborate with Development, Digital, Sales, Facilities, and Field Operations teams.

• Implement established new studio opening procedures to guarantee operational readiness at the time of turnover.

• Highlight scheduling, facility, construction punch-list, and equipment risks, along with suggested solutions.

• Ensure that physical spaces are safe, clean, and functional.

• Support budget requests, analysis, and reporting activities.

• Manage inventory for studio setup, monitor deliveries, and conduct supply inventory audits.

• Participate in team objectives, projects, process enhancements, and peer training.

• Engage in operations and instruct classes within the local market when not focused on openings.
