Property Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the commercial management of both residential and commercial properties

• Autonomous oversight of property operations

• Management of lease agreements and contracts

• Acting as a primary contact for tenants

• Handling lease terminations

• Preparing and implementing rent adjustments

• Maintaining master data records

• Overseeing the dunning and collections process

• Generating monthly reports for property owners

• Coordinating regularly with service providers

• Assisting with modernization initiatives

• Collaborating closely with Sales, Property Services, Technical Services, and Operating Costs teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in real estate, ideally complemented by additional qualifications

• Relevant professional experience in property management or a similar field

• Preferably familiar with the Aareon WODIS Yuneo software

• Enjoys teamwork and engaging with others

• Digitally savvy in work approach
