Senior Channel Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Develop and nurture relationships with Telecom Service Brokers and Sub-agents.

• Support agents throughout the sales process by delivering proposals and assisting in the management of customers and prospects.

• Inform the Sub-Agents community about Zayo's full product range to drive revenue growth and ensure a superior partner experience.

• Leverage knowledge of customers, industry trends, and services to achieve revenue objectives.

• Monitor, assess, and report on sales performance and activities using Zayo's CRM system and other reporting tools.

• Generate precise and timely forecasts of sales opportunities.

• Keep thorough records of agent and customer interactions for sales and forecasting documentation.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to maintain agent and customer satisfaction while achieving revenue targets.

• Balance collaborative teamwork with independent contributions to the overall success of the position.

• Report directly to the Vice President of Channel Sales.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent four-year college education.

• Three to five (3-5) years of experience in solution selling to large accounts.

• Two to three (2-3) years of experience in Channel Sales.

• Established connections with key Telecom Service Distributors and Sub-Agents.

• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targeted sales goals.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.

• In-depth understanding of Zayo Network's value proposition, including products and services like Ethernet, Wavelength, IP transport, Dark Fiber, Custom Access, and Colocation.

• Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce.
