This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Lead and mentor a team of studio managers, assisting them in securing premium studios, fostering robust developer relationships, and achieving their objectives.
β’ Recruit, develop, and structure the team as the business expands, including organizational design and role calibration across various regions.
β’ Provide support for the business development aspect of the team's efforts and assist in acquiring and retaining top studios by comprehending partner requirements.
β’ Formulate and execute regional and global business development strategies customized for each market.
β’ Supervise the company's game pipeline, ensuring timely progression of titles from prototyping to soft launch while proactively removing obstacles.
β’ Manage the velocity of the pipeline and targets for studio signings.
β’ Create, update, and oversee contracts in collaboration with the TDS Legal team.
β’ Work in conjunction with leads from Game Design, Data, Intelligence, Product, and Growth to enhance cross-functional operations.
β’ Gain an understanding of the portfolio's profit and loss, clarify cost structures and attribution, and collaborate with Finance to ensure accuracy and identify improvements.
β’ Conduct regular reviews of publishing processes and key performance indicators, revising benchmarks and workflows as necessary.
β’ Translate evolving company priorities into actionable workflow and process modifications.
β’ Act as a representative for studio management to leadership, providing reports on team performance and contributing to the development of publishing strategies at the executive level.
β’ Over 7 years of experience in studio management, business development, or product/project management within the mobile gaming sector, including a minimum of 3 years in team leadership.
β’ Proven track record in building and managing relationships with external studios or developers, particularly in signing and maintaining premium partnerships.
β’ Practical experience with publishing contracts.
β’ Experience in overseeing game pipelines from conception to launch across multiple titles.
β’ Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical individuals.
β’ Proficient in working with profit and loss statements, key performance indicators, and pipeline data, along with relevant tools.
β’ Experience managing across different regions, markets, and time zones.
