Student Worker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the collection, organization, analysis, and interpretation of data to produce actionable business insights.

• Create dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to support strategic initiatives and enhance operational performance.

• Aid in automating routine analyses and reporting tasks.

• Contribute to the development and automation of workflows that integrate digital and AI-enabled tools.

• Evaluate processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for simplification or automation.

• Help create scalable solutions that enhance productivity, consistency, and visibility.

• Document workflows, processes, and solutions thoroughly.

• Assist in designing, constructing, and testing AI-enabled solutions tailored to business requirements.

• Develop and refine prompts and workflows to enhance the quality of AI-generated outputs.

• Investigate emerging AI capabilities and pinpoint practical applications in operations and business processes.

• Carry out other tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a graduate degree program in a relevant field such as Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.

• Proficient in advanced Excel, including advanced PivotTables/PivotCharts, Power Query, Power Pivot/DAX, complex formulas, VBA/macros, and interactive dashboards.

• Capable of independently conducting complex data analysis, transformation, visualization, and automation in Excel.

• Skilled in designing robust, scalable, and automated Excel solutions.

• Able to combine multiple data sources and automate routine analysis/reporting tasks.

• Familiar with the MS Office suite.

• Proficient in organizing information and articulating findings clearly.

• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Eager to learn and engage with new technologies.

• Proficiency in speaking, understanding, reading, and writing English.

• Previous exposure to generative AI tools, prompt engineering, AI-assisted workflows, or automation platforms is preferred.

• Familiarity with Python, SQL, Power Automate, or other analytical/automation tools is an advantage.
