Student Recruitment Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cambodia.

📋 Description

• Oversee student recruitment initiatives throughout Cambodia and the broader Indochina region.

• Create and implement innovative strategies for student recruitment in Cambodia.

• Collaborate closely with regional teams and college-based staff.

• Represent Navitas at various fairs, workshops, and training sessions.

• Enhance the agent network and strengthen community engagement.

• Provide senior management with insights and trends from the market.

• Cultivate relationships with students, their families, education agents, and university partners.

• Ensure accurate reporting and utilize CRM systems to monitor activities and outcomes.

• Address inquiries and offer suggestions to enhance processes and improve the student experience.

• Translate recruitment targets into quantifiable results.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in higher education, marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.

• 3–5 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or enrollment management, preferably in an international setting.

• Proven experience in leading initiatives or managing teams.

• Strong history of developing effective recruitment strategies.

• Proficient in using CRM systems.

• Ability to analyze and interpret data.

• Experience with public speaking at events or presentations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Outstanding organizational and project management abilities.

• Collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for recruitment events and outreach activities.

• Flexible working hours, including some evenings and weekends as necessary.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
