This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Thoroughly assess degree progress prior to and upon completion to ensure that academic and administrative catalog requirements are met for degree conferral.
• Deliver prompt customer service to a high volume of internal and external clients via phone, chat, email, and in-person interactions.
• Review and process student record forms while adhering to regulatory and institutional policies.
• Address inquiries regarding enrollment and degree verification.
• Respond to government and lender documentation for validation and relay accurate student information.
• Maintain compliance with federal FERPA regulations and manage appropriate disclosure of student records.
• Verify and update student information to facilitate financial aid and other funding disbursements.
• Oversee grade posting and updates in the Student Information System (SIS), coordinating with faculty to ensure the accuracy of records.
• Drive innovation for enhanced efficiency, departmental improvement, and a better student experience.
• Create and analyze reports to support records maintenance and processing of student requests.
• Collaborate with BTS and other departments to ensure that technical updates are accurate and properly approved.
• Work across departments to enhance student experiences and streamline staff processes.
• Uphold the Culture of Care pillars on a daily basis.
• A high school diploma or its equivalent is mandatory.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, or a suitable combination of education and work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional typing skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Skills in multitasking and prioritizing duties.
• Capability to communicate effectively with both students and staff.
• Ability to manage confidential information.
• Familiarity with FERPA guidelines.
• Competence in handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
