This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Provide strategic, operational, and administrative assistance to the Population Health and Clinical Operations Executive for the California market.
β’ Collect information and initiate action plans related to topics, issues, and projects affecting PHCO operations and strategic objectives.
β’ Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve outcomes and fulfill deliverables.
β’ Identify opportunities and objectives both within the department and across functions, and create actionable plans.
β’ Monitor action-plan portfolios, coordinate assigned tasks, report on progress, and assist in resolving issues and risks.
β’ Develop and coordinate communications for the Executive and manage change-management activities.
β’ Create presentations and ensure alignment of key messages across various audiences.
β’ Prepare and organize meetings for Executive staff, tracking action items and follow-ups from those meetings.
β’ Manage agendas, minutes, calendars, and materials for meetings.
β’ Coordinate updates on management, risk, and mitigation for California health plan leadership.
β’ Attend enterprise and functional meetings as the Executive representative, identifying impacts, risks, and interdependencies.
β’ Oversee the schedule for external Executive meetings, including agendas, attendees, and presentation materials.
β’ Accompany the CEO to significant meetings and coordinate follow-up activities.
β’ Manage special projects or committees for the Executive.
β’ Support strategic planning initiatives, meetings, information gathering, and presentations.
β’ Act as a liaison between Executive Leadership and teams, representing Executive plans and actions.
β’ Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
β’ Candidates residing in the state of California are preferred.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration or a related field.
β’ Over 3 years of experience in financial analysis, business planning, or business operations within the healthcare market industry.
β’ Demonstrated experience in delivering complex, cross-functional business or capability development initiatives.
β’ More than 4 years of experience in business planning, project management, and/or operations and financial analysis.
β’ Experience in managed care is preferred.
