📋 Description

• Develop and enhance workflows, integrations, and automations to boost daily efficiency.

• Implement high-priority tools and automation projects across the operational framework.

• Collaborate with engineers and developers to define requirements, draft technical specifications, and prioritize operational tooling tasks.

• Enhance systems across support platforms and AI-based solutions.

• Convert identified issues into effective, well-defined technical solutions.

• Recognize and address gaps or inefficiencies within existing tools proactively.

• Diagnose issues, enhance system reliability, and ensure effective tool performance in production environments.

• Contribute to the optimization of system interconnectivity and operational coherence.

• Serve as the technical representative for Operations, collaborating with team leadership on priorities, systems, and tools.

• Able to engage in technical discussions with engineers.

• Skilled in driving defined issues to resolution.

• Capable of juggling multiple priorities while ensuring quality and dependability.

• Understands the interconnectedness of tools, workflows, and dependencies.

• Able to translate loosely defined or scoped problems into effective, well-organized solutions.

• Experience with support platforms like Zendesk.

• Familiar with AI-driven tools and automation processes.

• Background in Operations, Support, or Customer Experience environments.

• Experience with evolving or fragmented tooling ecosystems.
