AI Automation Expert – Microsoft M365, Copilot

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Technical implementation within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem

• Design and execution of automations using Power Automate

• Development of effective Copilot use cases

• Creation of internal assistants utilizing Copilot Studio

• Integration of SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and other M365 components

• Troubleshooting issues related to Copilot and automation setups

• Documentation and standardization of solutions

• Supporting—and eventually independently conducting—prompting workshops, Copilot training sessions, and practical demonstrations for executives

• Addressing technical inquiries

• Simplifying complex technical subjects into clear, understandable language

• Preparing for and following up on client meetings

• Structuring use cases

• Contributing to discussions on solution architecture

• Developing best practices and internal standards

• Implementing Microsoft Copilot for mid-sized enterprises

• Automating sales, HR, and proposal workflows

• Creating internal knowledge copilots

• Establishing AI governance within the M365 environment

• Comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem

• Experience with Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Power Automate

• Strong grasp of technical processes

• Exceptional communication skills

• Confident and professional demeanor in client interactions

• Proficient in written and spoken German

• Structured and self-motivated work approach

• Receptive to feedback

• Nice to have: Consulting experience

• Nice to have: Understanding of M365 governance

• Nice to have: Initial experience in facilitating workshops
