This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Conduct research, design, and implement innovative embodied and agentic AI techniques.
• Collaborate with a mentor and a wider research team to evolve concepts from hypothesis through thorough experimentation.
• Work alongside product and engineering teams to translate research discoveries into practical applications.
• Quickly prototype and refine ideas using cutting-edge hardware and infrastructure.
• Present internship project outcomes at leading computer vision and machine learning conferences.
• Currently pursuing a PhD in fields such as Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of AI theory and practice, especially in areas like computer vision, LLMs, and agents.
• Proficient programming abilities in Python, C++, or a comparable rapid prototyping environment.
• Familiarity with popular machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch.
• Notable research history.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of parallel programming, such as CUDA, is advantageous.
