Co-Founder – Tech Partner, AI, Open Source

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate in designing and constructing the overall technical architecture, which encompasses the core system, integrations, and application layer.

• Develop and incorporate AI components, such as LLMs, semantic search, and analytics.

• Create and implement a modular, container-based platform utilizing Docker and an API-first methodology.

• Integrate existing systems, including ERP systems and data sources, through adapter logic.

• Contribute to the product strategy and the technical roadmap.

• Choose and set up a sustainable open-source technology stack.

• Assist in building a robust network within the Estonian startup ecosystem, engaging with tech communities, partners, and programs.

• Work alongside funding bodies, programs, and pertinent stakeholders in Estonia.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in software development (preferably in Python / backend / APIs).

• Familiarity with AI / machine learning / LLM integration.

• Experience with container technologies and system architecture.

• In-depth understanding of data structures, data models, and distributed systems.

• Interest in open-source ecosystems and privacy-oriented solutions.

• Ability to independently structure and execute technical concepts.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a keen interest in a co-founder position.

• Strong networking capabilities – ideally with exposure to startup ecosystems (experience in Estonia is advantageous).
