Strategy & Operations Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support project teams in recognizing opportunities to enhance healthcare operations and improve patient outcomes.

• Aid in research activities, including data gathering, benchmarking, and industry analysis.

• Assist in creating client-facing materials such as presentations, reports, and process documentation.

• Engage in interviews, workshops, and meetings to observe and contribute to the development of solutions.

• Help with project coordination activities like tracking milestones and preparing updates.

• Contribute to internal initiatives, including knowledge sharing and the development of methodologies.

• Acquire knowledge of consulting best practices and tools utilized in strategy and operations projects.

• Anticipated Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or general Business.

• Expected graduation date: May 2028.

• Willingness to travel 80% of the time.

• Available for a 10-week Summer 2027 internship (June through August).

• Residing in or willing to relocate to Chicago after graduation.
