Analyst, Performance and Operations Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate business performance across financial, operational, commercial, and organizational aspects.

• Create and sustain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools that enhance visibility into business and initiative performance.

• Perform in-depth analyses of revenue, profitability, productivity, utilization, customer, and operational metrics.

• Consolidate and interpret data from various sources to aid executive decision-making and business assessments.

• Compile executive-level reports, presentations, and performance summaries for leadership meetings and operational reviews.

• Assist in forecasting, scenario analysis, and business planning through quantitative analysis and modeling.

• Contribute to special projects, strategic initiatives, and ad hoc analyses requested by executive leadership.

• Collaborate closely with senior leaders to assess progress towards strategic objectives, identify improvement opportunities, and support initiatives aimed at growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, business analytics, corporate strategy, FP&A, operational excellence, or performance management.

• Proven experience in analyzing performance across financial, operational, customer, and organizational metrics.

• Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving abilities, with a knack for translating data into actionable business insights.

• Advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint, including financial modeling, data analysis, and the development of executive presentations.

• Capability to work with large datasets and clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Familiarity with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or similar platforms is a plus.
