This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee retention strategies for corps members, which includes documenting and processing exits and leaves.
• Assist with the operations and logistics of summer teaching practicum for designated regions.
• Provide logistical assistance and communication for organizing meetings, check-ins, and events.
• Aid in data management and optimize the processes for incoming corps members.
• Collaborate with matriculation teams and regional staff to ensure a uniform experience for incoming corps members.
• Support the preparation for corps member smoothing windows and ICM confirmations.
• Organize, communicate, track, and manage AmeriCorps action items, including enrollment, background checks, evaluations, exits, paperwork, achievement data, and status changes.
• Educate Teach For America staff on AmeriCorps requirements and responsibilities.
• Maintain AmeriCorps member files and respond to audits from state or federal entities.
• Plan and execute both virtual and in-person days of service.
• Manage systems to ensure that principals receive training on AmeriCorps requirements.
• Create, edit, pilot, and provide feedback on standardized work products.
• Monitor state-specific AmeriCorps grant requirements as applicable.
• Foster relationships with commission staff and participate in commission meetings and training sessions.
• Supply data and feedback to grant writers for applications and progress reports.
• Assist other hubs during peak periods of AmeriCorps activity.
• Offer general administrative support and assist with all-hands tasks as necessary.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
• Openness to working some evenings and occasional weekends.
• Willingness to travel 2 to 8 times annually, based on AmeriCorps commission needs.

• Preferred: Over 5 years of work experience.
• Preferred: Experience in managing regional or national AmeriCorps grants or similar grant management roles.
• Preferred: Proven track record of achieving outcomes while overseeing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
• Preferred: Previous experience with Teach For America.
