Fixed Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Foster a unified and flexible team of Zone and District Managers overseeing parts and service operations.

• Act as a reliable consultant to Zone and District Parts and Service Managers.

• Propel revenue enhancement, KPI achievement, and the implementation of Customer Care and Aftersales initiatives.

• Identify, tackle, and resolve business requirements related to inventory management, warranties, customer experiences, retention, training, and compliance with electric vehicle standards.

• Create, execute, and document action plans that address performance deficiencies, business obstacles, and new opportunities.

• Collaborate with regional and field teams to ensure alignment of execution with business objectives, performance indicators, and strategic action plans.

• Assist with initiatives such as training, coaching, process integration, tool development, performance analysis reports, and business planning.

• Travel at least 50% or more frequently to dealerships within the designated territory.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.

• Over 5 years of pertinent experience in guiding and enhancing fixed operations.

• In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry and strong business acumen, encompassing parts, service operations, warranty management, and customer experience.

• Willingness to travel more than 50% of the time domestically across various states within the region.

• Must currently reside in Michigan or Ohio or be prepared to relocate to Detroit, Southeast Michigan, or an approved nearby area within 60 days of the start date.

• Must be legally authorized to work without GM immigration-related sponsorship presently or in the future.

• Must possess a valid driver's license in accordance with state licensing regulations.

• Successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Report review is required.

• Preferred: experience with dealer performance and financial reporting tools.

• Preferred: exceptional consultative, relationship management, communication, organizational, problem-solving, decision-making, strategic thinking, adaptability, innovation, customer focus, and conflict resolution skills.
