Senior Ad Operations Specialist – Client Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Assess and prioritize platform issues, troubleshoot challenges, report bugs to the Engineering team, and keep stakeholders informed

• Explore and resolve programmatic campaign configuration challenges while collaborating with various teams to implement solutions

• Set up website tracking pixels and address any issues related to pixel placement

• Respond to client inquiries regarding campaign functionalities and behaviors via email and phone

• Offer recommendations on campaign tactics and configurations aligned with client goals

• Recognize workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements to enhance operational speed and accuracy

• Create team resources, such as documentation and training materials

• Manage personal workload independently and remain accountable for assigned responsibilities

• Lead smaller projects or conduct audits

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline

• 3 to 5 years of practical experience in digital ad operations, media buying, or campaign management

• Expertise in ad serving platforms, Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), and tracking systems

• Experience with various platforms is preferred

• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills

• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Capability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners

• Self-motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of outcomes

• Enthusiasm for advertising technology and a commitment to continuous learning

• Must currently reside in Florida or Arizona

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Must not currently require, or eventually require, sponsorship to work legally in the U.S.
