This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Perform thorough literature reviews across key therapeutic areas prioritized by Therakos.

• Assess clinical, health economic, patient-reported, real-world, and scientific evidence.

• Create structured inventories of evidence, evidence maps, and tools for gap analysis.

• Summarize significant findings, emerging trends, and areas where evidence is lacking.

• Identify gaps in evidence throughout treatment pathways, stakeholder requirements, and strategic goals.

• Evaluate the maturity and strength of evidence within critical disease states.

• Support the development of gap frameworks that align with the priorities of Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, and HEOR.

• Assist in formulating an IEGP and prioritizing evidence gaps based on their impact, feasibility, and strategic significance.

• Provide recommendations for evidence generation for future studies and research projects.

• Develop presentations and summaries of evidence suitable for executive review.

• Manage literature databases and source repositories efficiently.

• Prepare materials for Steering Committees and update stakeholders.

• Engage in stakeholder interviews and workshops actively.

• Collaborate closely with teams in Medical Affairs, HEOR, and Clinical Development.

• Present interim results and final recommendations to leadership teams.

• Deliver comprehensive assessments of the evidence landscape, a structured inventory of evidence gaps, prioritized recommendations, mapping and visualization tools, a conclusive executive presentation, and contributions supporting the enterprise IEGP.


⛳️ Requirements

• Strong abilities in scientific literature review and critical appraisal.

• Capacity to distill large amounts of information into clear, concise insights.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Robust organizational and project management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

• Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across teams.

• Familiarity with scientific databases such as PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, or similar (preferred).

• Experience in evidence synthesis, systematic reviews, or health outcomes research (preferred).

• Current enrollment or recent graduation from a graduate-level program, such as PharmD, PhD, MPH, MS in Life Sciences, Epidemiology, Health Outcomes, Public Health, or a related field, or an MBA with a science undergraduate degree.

• Coursework or experience in Medical Affairs, HEOR, Epidemiology, Evidence-Based Medicine, Literature Review Methodology, or Real-World Evidence (preferred).
