📋 Description

• Analyze intricate business challenges and formulate organized strategies to address them

• Evaluate commercial, organizational, and operational data

• Create hypotheses, analytical frameworks, and actionable recommendations

• Assess strategic options and their corresponding trade-offs

• Develop or review suggestions for target operating models

• Analyze organizational structures, capabilities, processes, and governance needs

• Identify gaps between current and future-state operating models

• Evaluate implications of implementation and organizational dependencies

• Convert strategic goals into actionable operating model recommendations

• Examine organizational frameworks and operational arrangements

• Formulate recommendations regarding roles, responsibilities, decision-making authority, and team structure

• Break down ambiguous business questions into manageable tasks

• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data

• Prioritize commercially significant findings and draw evidence-based conclusions

• Create professional documents, analyses, and presentations

• Develop structured narratives and executive-ready recommendations

• Design clear and logically organized presentation materials

• Present recommendations to both specialist and executive audiences

• Collaborate with professionals from complementary fields

• Integrate insights from various disciplines into cohesive deliverables

• Document analytical methods, assumptions, findings, and recommendations

• Uphold consistency, rigor, and practical consulting standards across all work products

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional experience in strategy or management consulting

• Current or past position at a prestigious strategy consulting firm

• Relevant roles such as Partner, Engagement Manager, Associate, Consultant, Senior Consultant, or similar

• Strong structured problem-solving and business analysis capabilities

• Experience in formulating executive-level recommendations and client-facing outputs

• Valuable experience with target operating models or organizational redesign

• Strong aptitude for analyzing complex business issues and crafting clear recommendations

• Exceptional written and presentation skills

• Proficient in producing hands-on analytical work and structured professional documents

• Ability to collaborate effectively across various professional disciplines

• Must reside in the United Kingdom

• Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom

• Candidates should not have commitments to other projects requiring significant hours during this engagement
