Strategy Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Independently create and manage analyses from inception to completion, which includes coding, validating outcomes, generating and formatting Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations, and delivering findings.

• Develop and sustain databases and various data resources, such as SQL tables and schemas, Excel spreadsheets, and other relevant files.

• Collaborate with Strategy team leaders to devise innovative, data-driven technology solutions.

• Execute analytics to guide product design, create diagrams and flowcharts, and draft engineering requirements documents.

• Utilize software tools, programming languages, and analytical techniques to formulate effective solutions.

• Conduct analyses and build financial models using transactional and/or financial data.

• Perform data quality assessments, create test plans, identify discrepancies, and ensure data integrity through audits.

• Provide support for all facets of small to medium-sized clients and specific segments of larger projects.

• Generate reports and presentations that communicate insights, findings, and recommendations.

• Review analytic outputs for accuracy and adherence to industry standards.

• Engage in a collaborative team environment and prioritize tasks and responsibilities to achieve goals and meet deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent, with an undergraduate-level understanding of data analytics, computer science, statistics, economics, business, finance, accounting, or healthcare policy or administration.

• 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, including proficiency in using Python, R, SQL, or similar tools for data analysis and interpretation.

• Strong technical abilities, with the drive or capability to independently perform complex data analytics using Python and SQL.

• A keen interest in enhancing Python and SQL skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• A commitment to delivering high-quality analyses and a meticulous attention to detail.

• A desire to contribute within a team-oriented environment.

• Capability to provide verification of legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
