This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +27 more states.
• Provide intricate, tailored solutions aimed at enhancing the myPBM platform.
• Act as a strategic leader for vital customer relationships and collaborate with PBM teams.
• Engage with internal stakeholders, external clients, and executive leadership to align priorities and achieve measurable outcomes.
• Oversee customer relationships that involve systems and processes across various workstreams.
• Collaborate with clinicians and customers to comprehend clinical changes and devise solutions.
• Work alongside Account Teams, Technology, Operations, and other stakeholders to fulfill customer requirements.
• Act as the subject matter expert on essential processes and systems.
• Utilize clinical expertise in strategy, communication, data analysis, project work, and customer interactions.
• Lead the resolution of issues, escalations, and the development of corrective action plans.
• Articulate the value of partnerships to customers.
• Support technology implementations with a focus on clinical intent and PBM strategy.
• Develop and present materials related to strategy, responsibilities, metrics, and performance.
• Foster continuous improvement through innovative problem-solving and disciplined execution.
• Promote engagement through recognition, feedback, coaching, and development.
• Take ownership of team outcomes through mentoring, accountability, and daily leadership.
• Over 5 years of pharmacist experience in customer relationship management or equivalent client-facing roles.
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
• Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Familiarity with PBM system technology.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, including root cause analysis and solution design.
• Capability to collaborate effectively across business units.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Quick learner of complex material.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to peers, personnel at all levels, and customers.
• Understanding of the role of Utilization Management (UM) in a managed care context.
• Ability to interpret business correspondence, technical procedures, regulations, budget performance, and key metrics.
• Strategic outlook with a proven ability to drive long-term goals and priorities.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits, internal meetings, and other events.
• Preferred: In-depth understanding of the myPBM platform and its capabilities.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting customers utilizing PBM technology.
• Preferred: Knowledge of IT processes related to business implementations and ongoing maintenance.
