This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +5 more countries.
• Spearhead the identification and communication of MGID’s strategic vision and direction for the upcoming 3–5 years.
• Assess strategic viewpoints for products and portfolios, encompassing market exposure, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities.
• Integrate customer-focused frameworks into strategic planning, prioritization, and roadmap development.
• Lead the assessment of investment prospects, including new products, markets, partnerships, and mergers & acquisitions.
• Develop business cases that include clear financial impact evaluations.
• Manage and enhance evaluation models such as DCF, NPV, IRR, and scenario analysis.
• Support accelerators and corporate venture activities to identify and select startup investments.
• Translate corporate strategy into prioritized projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with the CPO, CRO, and BI Director on project prioritization, resource allocation, and sequencing.
• Establish KPIs and performance frameworks for strategy execution and results.
• Create governance and reporting routines for strategic workstreams.
• Track progress, adjust plans, and suggest corrective measures as needed.
• Conduct analysis on market conditions, competitors, and customer insights.
• Facilitate scenario planning and stress testing exercises.
• Present strategic recommendations and status updates to senior leadership.
• Over 10 years of experience in strategy, corporate development, or similar roles within international tech scale-ups or high-growth environments.
• Experience in ad-tech or programmatic advertising is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in a prestigious consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Big Four strategy practices) or a comparable strategic role in a tech organization.
• Proven hands-on experience in preparing and delivering impactful strategic presentations.
• Strong financial modeling capabilities, including DCF, NPV, and IRR valuation techniques.
• Competency in building and maintaining investment models using Excel.
• Experience collaborating across functions with product, commercial, data/BI, and operations leaders.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and foster alignment across different regions.
