
Strategist, Patient Recruitment – Site Engagement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Assist in the development of patient recruitment strategies and engage with sites alongside the Associate Director and Specialist.
• Collaborate with the Patient Recruitment Team to formulate recruitment strategy plans at both the project and site levels.
• Educate and train project teams on recruitment strategies in partnership with the Project Manager and/or CTM.
• Participate in BD handover, kick-off meetings, and meetings with investigators.
• Create templates for site recruitment plans and tailor them for each site.
• Track subject enrollment progress and suggest enhancements for recruitment strategies.
• Develop recruitment models based on feasibility studies, site initiation, and actual recruitment performance.
• Generate enrollment trackers with recruitment forecasts utilizing CTMS or other relevant systems.
• Request updated recruitment forecasts from sites post-activation to project LPI or propose new recruitment strategies.
• Support the Project Manager in addressing client inquiries related to recruitment and advertising.
• Engage directly with clients to gather input on recruitment strategies and budget considerations.
• Design and create advertisements in line with media and ethics committee standards.
• Advise sites on meeting recruitment goals while utilizing their advertising budgets when appropriate.
• Ensure that all relevant project documentation is properly filed in the eTMF and archived accordingly.
• Oversee the global advertisement IRB submission and approval processes.
• A BA/BS degree is required, preferably in Communications or a related field, along with 3 years of relevant experience, OR a high school diploma/DEC with 5 years of relevant experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of pertinent work experience within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or CRO industries.
• Familiarity with good clinical practices, ICH standards, and applicable regulations.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of Spanish or French is a plus.
• Experience in a research site environment is advantageous.
• Background in managing Patient Advocacy Groups is a benefit.
• Previous experience with patient recruitment strategies is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.
