
Strategist, Patient Recruitment – Site Engagement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Collaborate with the Associate Director and Specialist in Multimedia & Recruitment to support strategies for patient recruitment and site engagement.
• Work alongside the Patient Recruitment Team to develop both project-level and site-specific recruitment strategy plans.
• Educate and train project teams on recruitment strategies in collaboration with the Project Manager and/or CTM.
• Engage in BD handover, kick-off meetings, and investigator meetings.
• Create study templates for site recruitment plans and tailor them for each specific site.
• Track subject enrollment progress, ensure achievement of targets, and suggest enhancements to recruitment strategies.
• Develop recruitment models informed by feasibility, site initiation, and actual recruitment results.
• Generate enrollment trackers with recruitment forecasts utilizing CTMS or other systems/trackers.
• Collect updated recruitment forecasts from sites post-activation to anticipate LPI or recommend new recruitment strategies.
• Assist the Project Manager with requests related to client recruitment and advertisements.
• Directly liaise with clients to establish recruitment strategies and budgets while obtaining their feedback.
• Design and create image and script advertisements in compliance with Media and ethics committee guidelines.
• Advise sites on meeting recruitment targets by effectively utilizing advertisement budgets when appropriate.
• Ensure that all project documentation is properly filed in the eTMF and archived accordingly.
• Oversee the global advertisement IRB submission and approval processes.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in patient recruitment strategies and site engagement.
• Experience collaborating with Patient Advocacy groups.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• BA/BS degree required, preferably in Communications or a related field, with 3 years of relevant experience OR a high school diploma/DEC with 5 years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of applicable work experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or CRO industry.
• Understanding of good clinical practice, ICH standards, and relevant regulations.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in Spanish or French is an advantage.
• Experience in a research site environment is a plus.
• Experience managing Patient Advocacy groups is a plus.
• Experience in patient recruitment strategies is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, versatility, and keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking capabilities.
