Strategist, Patient Recruitment – Site Engagement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Associate Director of Patient Recruitment Strategies and Development, along with the Specialist in Multimedia & Recruitment, to assist in patient recruitment strategies and site engagement.

• Formulate project-level and site-level recruitment strategy plans in partnership with the Patient Recruitment Team.

• Educate and train project teams on recruitment strategies alongside the Project Manager and/or Clinical Trial Manager (CTM).

• Engage in business development handovers, kick-off meetings, and investigator meetings.

• Create templates for site recruitment plans and tailor them for each specific site.

• Oversee subject enrollment progress, ensure targets are met, and recommend enhancements to recruitment strategies.

• Develop recruitment models based on feasibility, site initiation, and actual performance in recruitment.

• Generate enrollment trackers with recruitment forecasts utilizing Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) or other tracking systems.

• Collect updated recruitment projections from sites post-activation to predict Last Patient In (LPI) or suggest new recruitment strategies.

• Support the Project Manager in addressing client inquiries related to recruitment and advertising.

• Directly interact with clients to gather feedback on recruitment strategies and budgets.

• Design and create image and script advertisements for studies in compliance with media and ethics committee guidelines.

• Advise sites on meeting recruitment targets using their advertising budgets, when applicable.

• Ensure all project-related documentation is submitted to the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) and properly archived.

• Coordinate the global advertisement Institutional Review Board (IRB) submission and approval processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in patient recruitment strategies and site engagement.

• Experience working with Patient Advocacy groups.

• A BA/BS degree is required, preferably in Communications or a related field, with 3 years of relevant experience OR a high school diploma/DEC with 5 years of relevant experience.

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or Clinical Research Organization (CRO) industry.

• Familiarity with good clinical practices, ICH standards, and applicable regulations.

• Proficient in spoken and written English.

• Proficiency in Spanish or French is a plus.

• Experience in a research site environment is advantageous.

• Experience in managing Patient Advocacy groups is beneficial.

• Background in Patient recruitment strategies is a plus.

• Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities, adaptability, versatility, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Legally authorized to work in Argentina.
