Strategic Sourcer – Fulfillment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies tailored for specialized, difficult-to-reach, and high-demand requirements.

• Investigate communities, networks, referrals, and unconventional channels to identify and engage potential contributors.

• Convert project specifications into focused searches and adjust strategies as project needs change.

• Report on sourcing progress, obstacles, and market insights, while highlighting potential risks.

• Leverage sourcing and conversion metrics to pinpoint bottlenecks, experiment with methods, and enhance performance.

• Incorporate AI and automation into research, outreach, analysis, and sourcing processes to boost efficiency.

• Collaborate closely with the Sourcing Lead, Recruitment, and Delivery teams.

• Quickly ramp up sourcing efforts when projects necessitate large volumes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in sourcing, recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related discipline.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Exceptional research and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to devise new strategies when conventional sourcing techniques prove inadequate.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Proficiency in utilizing sourcing data and funnel metrics to guide decisions and enhance outcomes.

• Experience in sourcing for AI, data, or crowdsourcing initiatives is a plus.

• Experience sourcing linguists, translators, or other language experts across various markets is advantageous.

• Familiarity with working in global or distributed teams across different time zones is beneficial.

• Willingness to work standard U.S. hours or provide U.S. overlap while in a different time zone is a plus.
