Strategic Sourcer – Fulfillment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies for specialized, hard-to-find, and high-volume requirements.

• Investigate communities, networks, referrals, and unconventional channels to engage contributors.

• Convert project specifications into targeted searches and adjust strategies as needs change.

• Share updates on sourcing progress, obstacles, and market insights, while identifying potential risks.

• Utilize sourcing and conversion metrics to pinpoint bottlenecks, test methods, and enhance performance.

• Employ AI and automation in research, outreach, analysis, and sourcing processes to boost efficiency.

• Collaborate closely with the Sourcing Lead, Recruitment, and Delivery teams.

• Transform complex requirements into efficient searches and quickly scale sourcing efforts during high-demand projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in sourcing, recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related domain.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Excellent research and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to create new strategies when traditional sourcing methods prove ineffective.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Experience utilizing sourcing data and funnel metrics to guide decisions and enhance outcomes.

• Familiarity with sourcing for AI, data, or crowdsourcing initiatives (preferred).

• Background in sourcing linguists, translators, or other language professionals across various markets (preferred).

• Experience collaborating with global or distributed teams across different time zones (preferred).

• Willingness to work regular U.S. hours or provide U.S. overlap while working in a different time zone (preferred).
