Strategic Sales Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the sales teams of Hearst Newspaper and Television to create strategic content marketing solutions for clients.

• Facilitate client discovery sessions, generate innovative concepts, and craft persuasive proposals and presentations.

• Work alongside creative, production, and leadership teams to establish integrated marketing programs.

• Educate and empower local sellers through sales enablement, product training, and sharing best practices.

• Travel to Hearst markets to assist with client meetings, conduct sales training, engage in strategic planning sessions, and participate in industry events.

• Identify new opportunities, propose packaging ideas, and provide resources that contribute to the growth of StoryStudio and its markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or comparable experience.

• Over 3 years of experience in content marketing, advertising, media strategy, account planning, brand strategy, or consultative sales.

• Proven experience in developing integrated marketing programs and client presentations.

• Strong grasp of branded content, native advertising, and content marketing principles.

• Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, AI tools, and presentation creation.

• Ability to travel approximately 20–30% of the time to support Hearst markets and clients.
