This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Act as the embedded financial partner and trusted advisor for regional leadership.
• Take ownership of financial planning, reporting, analysis, and related support for the Central region.
• Cultivate regional business-performance expertise from consolidated results to the economics of individual offices.
• Manage monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages along with performance narratives.
• Establish, monitor, and enhance KPIs across revenue, margins, utilization, realization, and client profitability.
• Analyze discrepancies against plans and previous year results, creating early-warning indicators.
• Investigate the underlying causes of financial and operational performance.
• Convert complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Lead the development of the annual budget, multi-year long-range plan, and rolling quarterly forecasts from inception to presentation.
• Ensure follow-through on analytical recommendations until completion.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Develop and stress-test scenario models for strategic alternatives, growth investments, M&A targets, and market expansion.
• Aid in investment decisions, resource allocation, and operational strategy.
• Assist with financial diligence, integration modeling, special projects, ad hoc analysis, and synergy tracking for acquisitions and growth strategies.
• Collaborate across functions and with other regional teams.
• Enhance forecasting cadence, reporting templates, data pipelines, and BI dashboards.
• Create automation and self-service analytics dashboards.
• Partner with Corporate FP&A and Finance Systems teams on planning tools, data definitions, and reporting standards.
• Regularly visit member firms to assist with business partnering, onboarding, and M&A integration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required; MBA or CPA is strongly preferred.
• 6+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Significant hands-on business-partnering experience.
• Experience in professional services, PE-backed platforms, or multi-entity/multi-location businesses is required.
• Expert-level financial modeling skills; capable of constructing dynamic, audit-ready models from the ground up.
• Practical experience with ERP and planning systems such as NetSuite, Workday Adaptive, SAP, Anaplan, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Databricks.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial statement drivers, and operational metrics in services businesses.
• Executive presence with the ability to distill complex financial and operational issues into a clear narrative.
• Capability to investigate ambiguous or complex situations and pinpoint root causes.
• Ability to influence without authority and establish credibility with senior stakeholders.
• Highly organized and adept at managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Collaborative, low-ego team-player mentality.
• Must be located in the Central or West region.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30–40% of the time.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer; must not require current or future US sponsorship.
