This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and assist customers throughout the engagement and solution implementation process.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities with both new and existing clients to achieve revenue targets.
• Generate leads through partnerships with Salesforce and strategic sales initiatives.
• Identify, nurture, and cultivate opportunities with prospective and current clients.
• Take ownership of opportunities and manage pipeline and forecasts in accordance with sales procedures.
• Collaborate with presales, delivery, industry, marketing, business development, and consulting teams to shape deals, solutions, and proposals.
• Develop and implement account and sales strategies for TELUS Digital’s Salesforce Practice within the Insurance and Banking-Financial Services sectors.
• Manage a quota exceeding $4M and sell cross-cloud Salesforce services across Enterprise, Commercial, and SMB accounts.
• Conduct market and territory analysis, identify new business opportunities, lead marketing campaigns and presales, drive pursuits and solution proposals, negotiate and execute contracts, support post-sale customer success, and retain and expand existing customer relationships.
• Perform daily pipeline management in Salesforce, providing weekly forecasts, pipeline updates, and activity reports.
• Create Statements of Work outlining business challenges and recommended solutions in collaboration with presales and delivery leadership.
• Build a portfolio of new clients and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Stay informed about TELUS Digital Salesforce Practice credentials and Salesforce solutions and roadmap.
• Transition executed deals to delivery teams with appropriate knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Maintain engagement with customers during the delivery phase to identify new opportunities and contract extensions.
• Communicate TELUS Digital and Salesforce credentials through effective discovery and proposed solutions.
• Cultivate relationships with Salesforce executives and field sales teams while managing account planning and key pursuits.
• Suggest accelerators to enhance offerings and minimize implementation costs.
• Complete necessary Trailheads and Salesforce certifications within the first 12 months of employment.
• Over 3 years of Salesforce Consulting sales experience specifically in Insurance and/or Banking Financial Services.
• A minimum of 2 years in systems integration sales experience.
• At least 5 years of experience selling technology solutions.
• Proven and consistent track record of sales success.
• Must have authorization to work for any U.S. employer.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30 percent of the time.
• Experience collaborating with C-level executives as a trusted advisor.
• Familiarity with end-to-end implementation of Salesforce solutions.
• Desired experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects or priorities effectively.
• Excellent influence, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Solid experience working with business process owners, program/project management leaders, and technical teams to create solution proposals.
• Background in large-scale technology projects.
• Experience collaborating with technical and creative project teams.
• Proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft Office applications, as well as collaboration and project management tools like MS Teams, Quip, Slack, Smartsheet, and Lucidchart.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities in developing and nurturing long-term, high-value client relationships.
• Ability to work efficiently in large, matrixed organizations, including significant experience with offshore teams and delivery.
• Client-centric mindset focused on understanding clients’ needs and objectives.
• Ownership and accountability for ensuring client success.
• Capable of presenting complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Innovative, creative, and skilled in problem-solving.
• Ability to formulate strategies or roadmaps for client onboarding or digital transformation aligned with Financial Services use cases.
