Manager, Financial Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a variety of intricate accounting, financial, and technical projects.

• Coordinate activities across multiple units within a division.

• Strategize, execute, and manage several large-scale initiatives.

• Identify key strategic opportunities and formulate actionable plans.

• Inspire, guide, and nurture team members.

• Anticipate trends in the insurance industry and evaluate their effects on unit/division work processes.

• Supervise staff members.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience is preferred.

• Experience in supervisory roles and responsibilities.

• Proficient in accounting, corporate accounting, finance, financial accounting, leadership reporting, and strategic planning.

• Must agree to a background check.

• A dedicated, distraction-free workspace is required when working remotely.

• Suitable desk setup and seating arrangements are necessary.

• Must have reliable internet with a minimum speed of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload.
