Strategic Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of strategic initiatives and operational projects across various departments, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Convert strategic objectives into comprehensive project plans that include clear milestones, assigned responsibilities, and resource allocation.

• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and teamwork.

• Facilitate and lead meetings for project teams.

• Track project performance, manage risks, and address issues to ensure progress and maintain quality.

• Generate and present regular status reports, executive summaries, and evaluations after project completion.

• Promote continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies in processes and suggesting effective solutions.

• Advocate for change management initiatives associated with strategic projects.

• Ensure proper documentation and knowledge management for all strategic initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.

• 1-3 years of experience in project or program management, particularly focused on strategic initiatives.

• Self-motivated professional with the ability to independently solve problems.

• Servant leadership style with the capacity to adapt to diverse working and communication styles.

• Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects with visibility at the executive level.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience.

• Proficient in project management software tools.

• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.

• Experience with ClickUp is advantageous.

• Background in Consulting, Retail, CPG, or Food Service is preferred.

• Understanding of agile and hybrid project management methodologies is preferred.
