This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Maintain and refresh project schedules, action logs, risk registers, and status trackers for ongoing programs.
• Organize meetings by preparing agendas, documenting minutes, distributing action items, and following up on pending items.
• Oversee project documentation on SharePoint, ensuring proper naming conventions, version control, and folder organization.
• Monitor vendor and procurement milestones while alerting the program team to any delivery risks.
• Create weekly status update presentations and program summaries for review by leadership.
• Assist with the onboarding of new team members and manage site access logistics across Canadian operations.
• Collaborate with the Scheduler on milestone data entry, inter-program tracking, and schedule updates.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a project coordinator or administrative delivery role.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 — including Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Outstanding organizational abilities alongside meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to handle competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Previous experience in supporting infrastructure, data center, or technology deployment programs is preferred.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Monday.com, MS Project, or Smartsheet is preferred.
• CAPM designation or progress towards PMP certification is preferred.
• Experience in supporting multi-site or multi-vendor delivery environments is preferred.
