Global Project Management Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement change management strategies that align with the goals of the organization and transformations affecting Global Project Management.

• Collaborate with leadership to incorporate change management activities into project and program plans.

• Design and execute strategic communication plans that are customized for specific projects and target audiences to enhance change readiness and adoption.

• Identify and engage key stakeholders to secure buy-in and support for change initiatives.

• Participate in stakeholder meetings and workshops to collect input, provide updates, and address any concerns.

• Establish metrics and feedback mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of change and communication efforts.

• Utilize data-driven insights to continually enhance change management and communication strategies.

• Evaluate organizational readiness and define mitigation strategies for change-related risks impacting Global Project Management.

• Collaborate with Process Governance to evaluate the impacts on operating models, roles, responsibilities, and processes.

• Create communication materials, enablement assets, training strategies, and adoption tools to support change initiatives.

• Establish and manage champion networks and oversee the execution of training delivery.

• Develop mitigation plans for risks related to adoption, capability, and capacity.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in organizational change management.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in delivering impact assessments, training, and communications.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience utilizing technology as a facilitator of transformation.

• Strong management skills with knowledge of ADKAR or similar models.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovative solutions.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation capabilities with senior leaders.

• Proven project management skills with a history of timely deliveries.

• Analytical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Adaptability, resilience, and capacity to manage change in dynamic environments.

• Proficiency with communication tools and virtual collaboration platforms.

• Executive presence and ability to influence without direct authority.

• Strong strategic communication skills.

• Awareness of organizational design.

• Data-driven decision-making skills.

• Experience in facilitation and leading workshops.

• Skills in conflict resolution and negotiation.

• Knowledge of business process transformation.

• Preferred: 1 or more years of experience managing workstreams or initiatives within large-scale, complex transformations.

• Preferred: 1 or more years of experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders.

• Preferred: Prosci Change Management certification.

• Preferred: Change Management Institute certification.

• Preferred: PMP, PgMP, Agile, or related project/program management certification.
