This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the process from project intake to kickoff for designated marketing and fundraising initiatives.
• Assess, categorize, scope, and estimate project requests prior to production commencement.
• Create project plans complete with tasks, milestones, dependencies, and work-back schedules using Monday.com.
• Engage in kickoff meetings to align cross-functional teams on project scope, timelines, deliverables, and review milestones.
• Establish project architecture in Monday.com for effective workflow and financial tracking.
• Manage the entire project execution process, ensuring adherence to workflows, quality checkpoints, review gates, and approvals.
• Monitor schedules, progress, risks, delays, project budgets, and hours worked.
• Identify scope creep and facilitate the change-order processes accordingly.
• Coordinate resource requirements and assess when external vendor support is necessary.
• Oversee vendor estimates, purchase orders, deliveries, and invoice reconciliation.
• Communicate project status and completion percentages to the Director of Marketing Operations & Program Management.
• Collaborate with creative, digital, content, web, and strategy teams.
• Lead status meetings, internal reviews, and routing sessions.
• Ensure adherence to review, routing, and quality assurance processes.
• Act as the primary contact for everyday project inquiries and escalate any risks or obstacles encountered.
• Maintain thorough project documentation, status updates, meeting notes, and deliverable trackers.
• Develop and sustain project templates, estimates, and workflow documentation.
• Take part in post-project evaluations and suggest improvements to processes.
• Fulfill the responsibilities of a Project Coordinator or other roles as necessary to ensure delivery continuity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project management or marketing operations in a fast-paced in-house agency, agency, or marketing services setting.
• Experience in a non-profit or mission-driven organization is preferred.
• Advanced to expert proficiency with Monday.com.
• Strong skills in project management, scheduling, and resource tracking.
• Exhibit a personal commitment to Jesus Christ.
• Identify with and actively participate in a Christian church while seeking to grow in Christian faith.
• Engage in organizational prayer, devotional gatherings, and organization-wide events.
• Maintain exemplary Christian ethics, behavior, and conduct.
• Demonstrate Christian maturity and alignment with the vision, mission, and values of the American Bible Society.
• Ability to support the organization’s biblical and religious objectives and engage in regular work-related spiritual activities.
• Capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects with overlapping timelines, dependencies, and resource limitations.
• Candidates are required to pass a background check.
• Employment is contingent upon satisfactory reference checks.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is necessary.
• Must agree to sign and uphold the ABS Affirmation of Biblical Community.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 10 pounds.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for off-site meetings.
