This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Lead intricate PMO transformation projects within CXG Services.
β’ Advocate for an AI-first methodology in program management utilizing AI-driven tools, automation, and workflow reengineering.
β’ Transition from a single-product implementation model to a platform-centric approach.
β’ Manage project forecasting and capacity planning across the PMO portfolio.
β’ Establish and refine PMO governance frameworks and scalable processes.
β’ Propel the evolution of implementation methodologies and the adoption of process enhancements.
β’ Oversee organizational change management initiatives and implementation strategies.
β’ Transform project retrospectives and client feedback into actionable plans and assess their impact.
β’ Assess operational performance and the effectiveness of governance.
β’ Address complex operational challenges by coordinating cross-functional mitigation strategies.
β’ Collaborate with leadership on transformation projects, governance priorities, and scalability goals.
β’ Create executive-level reporting, dashboards, metrics, and performance indicators.
β’ Spearhead process modernization, automation, and AI-driven productivity enhancements.
β’ Coordinate initiatives with widespread enterprise impact across various functions.
β’ Advise stakeholders on governance standards, implementation practices, and operational improvements.
β’ Guide the creation of operational documentation, standards, and training materials.
β’ Foster relationships among Implementation, Product, Engineering, Operations, Customer Success, and PMO teams.
β’ Mentor team members and project contributors.
β’ Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational consistency, adoption, and delivery maturity.
β’ 6β10 years of experience in leading complex PMO programs, operational transformation initiatives, governance efforts, organizational change management activities, or process modernization projects within SaaS, fintech, banking technology, or similar operational environments.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, Operations Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
β’ Advanced experience in leading complex PMO governance initiatives and operational transformation programs.
β’ Proven AI-first mindset, with a track record of rethinking processes and methodologies around AI-driven tools and automation rather than treating AI as an add-on.
β’ Extensive knowledge of implementation methodologies, governance frameworks, and practices for organizational change management.
β’ Practical expertise with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
β’ Experience in project forecasting and capacity planning, including resource modeling and pipeline/demand planning across a program portfolio.
β’ Proven ability to drive a transition from single-product to platform-level program design, planning, and stakeholder management.
β’ Experience in converting project retrospectives and customer feedback into prioritized, actionable plans.
β’ Ability to assess complex operational challenges and devise scalable solutions with wide organizational impact.
β’ Experience in influencing stakeholders across various business functions and organizational levels.
β’ Strong skills in executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
β’ Experience in creating operational reporting frameworks, performance metrics, and governance visibility tools.
β’ Capacity to independently lead process modernization, workflow optimization, and automation initiatives.
β’ Candidates must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment.
β’ Preferred: experience in supporting fintech, SaaS, or digital banking operational organizations.
β’ Preferred: experience in implementing AI-driven productivity tools, workflow automation solutions, or operational modernization initiatives.
β’ Preferred: experience in leading or supporting a transition from single-product to platform-based delivery models.
β’ Preferred: knowledge of portfolio governance, operational excellence, or enterprise process improvement methodologies.
β’ Preferred: relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Prosci, Lean, or Six Sigma.
β’ Preferred: experience in facilitating enterprise-scale change management or transformation initiatives.
