This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Analyze current-state, end-to-end business processes across affected teams, pinpointing handoffs, dependencies, and areas of friction.
• Facilitate data analysis with process owners and boundary partners to uncover process gaps and challenges.
• Develop future-state processes utilizing structured design methodologies and tools.
• Monitor trends and progress as new solutions are rolled out and propose adjustments as needed.
• Create documentation for current- and future-state process maps and supporting materials tailored for technical and executive audiences.
• Construct quantified business cases, incorporating cost-benefit analysis, resource needs, and anticipated outcomes.
• Collaborate with business, finance, and analytics teams to verify assumptions and rigorously evaluate recommendations.
• Align stakeholders and support teams through effective written and verbal communication.
• Take ownership of the roadmap for process, reporting, and technology enhancements.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and suggest further modifications.
• Cultivate relationships with business partners and act as a thought leader on future processes and capabilities.
• Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, and risks for assigned initiatives.
• Identify affected stakeholders and design solutions collaboratively with them.
• Persuade cross-functional partners without direct authority by using clear rationale and data-driven recommendations.
• Lead change initiatives and execution while maintaining a balance of speed, discipline, measurement, and risk management.
• Oversee change management through education, training, and communication; ensure adoption and document lessons learned.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related discipline, along with 6 years of experience in consulting, process improvement, operations, or financial analysis.
• Alternative qualifications include: a master’s degree with 4 years of experience; a Ph.D. with 1 year of experience; or 10 years of experience in a related field.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects or programs within a complex, matrixed environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build business cases and cost-benefit analyses that influence executive decisions.
• Strong skills in process mapping and data analysis, including AI-driven methodologies.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of developing polished, executive-ready materials.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous complex initiatives and adjust priorities as business demands change.
• Preferred: Experience in management consulting combined with industry exposure.
• Preferred: Background in the automotive or wholesale marketplace sectors.
• Preferred: Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or other formal process improvement methodologies.
• Preferred: Familiarity with process mapping, data visualization, or BI tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Preferred: Experience with Salesforce and integrations like Genesys.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Must currently possess authorization to work in the United States for any employer without the need for current or future sponsorship.
