This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Assist senior leadership in overseeing a portfolio of strategic initiatives across USPAH.
• Prepare documentation for leadership reviews, executive briefings, and cross-functional discussions.
• Monitor initiative progress and highlight risks, obstacles, and interdependencies.
• Organize working sessions and cross-functional meetings; document results and follow up on action items.
• Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Build and maintain relationships with project owners, business unit leaders, and functional partners.
• Create frameworks, templates, and tools to ensure consistent initiative management and reporting.
• Establish and oversee an intake process for cross-cutting issues.
• Manage and support a USPAH-wide governing body that identifies, triages, and resolves cross-business concerns.
• Create new cross-business forums and routines to enhance visibility into programs, projects, changes, and emerging issues.
• Recognize interdependencies and foster collaborative ways of working across teams.
• Define success metrics and develop dashboards to evaluate the impact of initiatives and issue resolution.
• Aid in enterprise-level communications and narrative creation.
• Act as a thought partner to senior leadership, providing recommendations on complex organizational priorities.
• Travel occasionally for leadership offsites, cross-functional engagements, or enterprise planning sessions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A minimum of six years of experience in strategic planning, program management, management consulting, or a related field.
• Proven track record of supporting senior leaders on enterprise-wide or cross-functional initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in business, strategy, organizational development, or a related discipline.
• Experience in corporate strategy, chief of staff roles, or PMO functions.
• Background in healthcare, pharmaceutical distribution, or similarly complex regulated industries.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills at the executive level, including experience in preparing materials for senior and C-suite audiences.
• Capability to establish credibility and influence with leaders across functions and business units without direct authority.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Intellectually curious and adept at operating in ambiguous situations, with a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments with professionalism and discretion.
