Senior Strategy Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the formulation of brand and campaign strategies

• Ensure that client objectives align with creative outputs

• Lead consulting initiatives and cultivate client relationships based on their needs and goals

• Manage timelines and workloads among various strategists and analysts

• Review and offer guidance on team deliverables, collaborating with analysts

• Facilitate brainstorming sessions and strategic workshops

• Act as the main point of contact for clients and the team regarding strategic issues

• Assume responsibility for the strategic direction of major client accounts

• Excellent skills in generating insights, frameworks, and creative concepts

• Expertise across multiple channels, including social media, branding, digital, performance, and business

• Clear, structured, and confident communication abilities

• Experience in managing and overseeing Associates or Junior Strategists on a project basis

• In-depth knowledge of pop culture

• Experience in pitching ideas

• Strong proactive communication skills

• High resilience, team spirit, and prioritization capabilities

• Proficiency in both German and English
