This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of qualified strategic opportunities from executives, partners, Business Development, or internal sourcing through to contract execution and implementation transition.

• Develop and oversee deal plans, milestones, decisions, dependencies, stakeholders, and target close dates.

• Sustain deal momentum and pinpoint issues that may hinder execution.

• Facilitate follow-up across internal teams and prospective clients.

• Act as the primary coordination point for prospects during the commercial closing process.

• Lead negotiations regarding commercial terms and conditions within established guidelines.

• Manage contract review and resolution of redline issues with prospects, Legal, Sales, Revenue Management, Risk & Compliance, and other stakeholders.

• Convert contractual and operational requirements into comprehensible business terms.

• Escalate non-standard terms, pricing deviations, contractual risks, and other deal-related considerations.

• Clarify Priority Commerce’s operating model and client responsibilities concerning money movement, compliance, and licensing.

• Collaborate with Risk & Compliance, Legal, Treasury, and Operations for guidance and clarification.

• Identify operational or regulatory concerns and engage subject-matter experts as needed.

• Assemble stakeholders to address commercial, contractual, operational, technical, and compliance challenges.

• Organize deal meetings and document decisions, owners, and next steps.

• Maintain deal status, notes, milestones, and next steps in CRM or sales management tools.

• Prepare clients for transition from sales to implementation.

• Introduce onboarding and implementation resources.

• Provide onboarding teams with documentation regarding the commercial structure, expectations, commitments, requirements, and complexities.

• Ensure formal handoffs to onboarding teams are conducted smoothly.

• Assist executive leadership and senior sales personnel with strategic or complex opportunities.

• Engage in client discussions and convert executive vision into a commercial path forward.

• Support opportunities arising from referral partners and externally sourced relationships.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

• 2–5 years of experience in banking, treasury management, payments, fintech, commercial banking, business development, sales, or a related client-facing financial services role.

• Proficient understanding of treasury services, payment flows, commercial banking products, or money movement.

• Experience in supporting client negotiations, commercial agreements, implementations, or complex relationship management.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple active opportunities concurrently.

• Skill in coordinating across Legal, Compliance, Operations, Product, Finance, and Sales.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfort in working directly with clients and senior internal leaders.

• Ability to comprehend complex issues and distill them into clear decisions, responsibilities, and next steps.

• Experience within fintech, payments, treasury management, commercial banking, or embedded finance.

• Familiarity with contract negotiation and commercial agreement redlines.

• Knowledge of money transmission, sponsored banking models, payment processing, ACH, wires, or related regulatory considerations.

• Background in supporting enterprise or strategic client opportunities.
