Strategic Partnerships Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire partnership lifecycle, encompassing the identification, engagement, structuring, negotiation, and closing of revenue-sharing partnerships.

• Develop business cases that highlight the value of Pointr's connected venue solutions.

• Take the lead on pricing, contract negotiations, and partnership terms in collaboration with Finance and Legal departments.

• Act as the primary relationship manager for major, multi-stakeholder channel partners.

• Empower venue partners to promote Pointr during incoming trade shows through the provision of collateral, training, and sales enablement resources.

• Create and present executive-ready presentations and comprehensive business cases.

• Work in conjunction with Legal, Finance, Marketing, Pre-Sales, Product, and Account Management teams.

• Cultivate relationships with senior leaders and decision-makers throughout venue organizations.

• Transition newly launched venues to Account Management, equipped with growth strategies and success plans.


⛳️ Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in complex B2B partnerships, business development, enterprise sales, or a related field.

• Experience in selling or partnering within intricate SaaS, technology, or platform-based environments.

• Demonstrated capability to identify opportunities, foster relationships, and successfully close strategic partnerships or enterprise agreements.

• Strong comprehension of commercial negotiations, pricing structures, and contract procedures.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, with the skill to engage effectively with executive stakeholders.

• Capacity to collaborate across technical, commercial, and operational teams.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• Preferred: experience in working with venues, events, tradeshows, hospitality, real estate, or venue technology.

• Preferred: experience in managing enterprise customers or complex implementation projects.

• Preferred: familiarity with CRM, customer success, or project management platforms such as Monday or Jira.

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
