Strategic Partnerships Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the qualification process for newly acquired healthcare data partners.

• Conduct partner discovery and due diligence calls to evaluate dataset quality, modality relevance, partner sophistication, licensing stance, and commercial viability.

• Facilitate the execution of NDAs, sample intake, and transition to the Data Lab for sample assessment.

• Consolidate insights regarding partners, modalities, and market trends while keeping an updated perspective on partners’ data capabilities.

• Propose partner tier classifications based on factors such as quality, uniqueness, scale, licensing, technical expertise, and strategic importance.

• Assist in structuring deals, setting strategic pricing, coordinating Statements of Work (SOW), and activating partners.

• Promote partner data assets among Commercial, Data Lab, and Solutions teams.

• Lead transition planning into Healthcare Operations and Solutions.

• Convert customer feedback and market indicators into initiatives for value creation.

• Aid in planning for portfolio growth, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), and structured forums for partner engagement.

• Design innovative partnership frameworks and internal proposals for strategic opportunities.

• Manage relationships with lower-tier partners and ensure commercial readiness.

• Act as an escalation contact for portfolio partners.

• Systematize partner documentation, tracking, and engagement processes.

• Leverage deal activity, delivery results, and market signals to enhance the repeatability and scalability of partnerships.

• Background in strategic partnerships, partner management, business development, or deal execution in a dynamic environment.

• Capacity to advance external relationships from initial interest to structured implementation.

• Strong decision-making abilities in qualification, prioritization, and stakeholder management.

• Highly organized and execution-focused, with a knack for coordinating multiple cross-functional projects.

• Ability to interpret vague partner information into specific recommendations, decisions, and actionable plans.

• Comfort in navigating ambiguity and creating efficient workflows and systems.

• Experience collaborating with commercial, technical, and operational teams.

• Prior experience with healthcare data partnerships, AI data ecosystems, data licensing, or sample evaluation processes is highly desirable.
