📋 Description

• Identify and prioritize new channel, referral, and co-sell partners in alignment with Finix's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

• Design and implement partnership programs that enhance lead generation, contribute to the pipeline, and increase sourced revenue.

• Establish and nurture strategic relationships with partner executives, revenue leaders, and solution teams.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Product teams to ensure alignment on partner value propositions, target verticals, and sales enablement strategies.

• Negotiate and finalize partner agreements, covering deal structures, incentive programs, and go-to-market strategies.

• Oversee performance tracking and pipeline reporting across partner channels.

• Streamline operational processes for onboarding, partner enablement, and ongoing success.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales, preferably within a rapidly growing SaaS or payments organization.

• A proven history of sourcing, closing, and scaling go-to-market partnerships that yield significant pipeline and revenue results.

• Strong commercial acumen with experience in negotiating partnership contracts.

• Experience in developing zero-to-one programs or go-to-market initiatives.

• Capability to influence both internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives.

• In-depth understanding of the SaaS ecosystem and embedded payments sector.

• Experience managing referral or reseller partnerships.

• Prior experience in the payments or FinTech industry.
