This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement a territory strategy aimed at identifying, prioritizing, and securing new partnerships with health systems.

• Take ownership of the entire partnership lifecycle, from prospecting and developing relationships to conducting discovery, delivering executive presentations, negotiating, and launching.

• Cultivate connections with executive leaders such as physician leaders, behavioral health executives, referral management teams, population health leaders, and C-suite stakeholders.

• Navigate intricate health system organizations and build consensus among various stakeholders.

• Stay informed about the health system landscape, including executive movements, strategic priorities, competitive dynamics, and partnership prospects.

• Strategically plan territories, prospect and prioritize accounts, manage pipelines, and create partnership opportunities.

• Represent Talkiatry as a thought leader in behavioral health, discussing industry trends, healthcare economics, referral workflows, access, quality, and patient outcomes.

• Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, Legal, Product, Finance, and Executive Leadership to design and implement partnerships.

• Act as a representative for Talkiatry at industry conferences, executive forums, and professional networks.

• Position Talkiatry as a trusted partner in behavioral health throughout the designated territory.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in developing and finalizing enterprise partnerships with health systems, IDNs, academic medical centers, physician organizations, or complex healthcare providers.

• A demonstrated history of independently sourcing, developing, and closing new business opportunities in a quota-carrying or commercially accountable position.

• Proven experience in establishing executive relationships with health system executives, physician leaders, and clinical stakeholders.

• Success in navigating complex sales cycles that involve multiple stakeholders, including clinical, operational, legal, finance, and executive decision-makers.

• Comprehensive understanding of health system operations, physician referral patterns, behavioral health access challenges, and clinical leadership priorities.

• Strong executive presence along with exceptional written, verbal, and presentation abilities.

• Experience in presenting business cases and partnership proposals to senior healthcare leaders.

• Proficient in developing territory strategies, managing pipelines, and forecasting opportunities using HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.

• Ability to work independently with a sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability while collaborating across functions.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% within the assigned territory.

• Preferred: experience in building referral partnerships or physician services relationships in behavioral health, psychiatry, telehealth, or specialty care.

• Preferred: experience in selling healthcare services or provider solutions to health systems.

• Preferred: experience collaborating with physician groups or specialty care providers.

• An MBA, MHA, MPH, or equivalent experience in healthcare and business leadership is preferred.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; any visa sponsorship or transfer requirements are addressed in the application.
