This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee a comprehensive view of related categories, such as clinical decision support, chart intelligence, prior authorization, and virtual care platforms.
β’ Deliver written insights on whether Nabla should develop, partner with, or forgo certain projects.
β’ Cultivate and maintain executive relationships with Product and EHR partners throughout the entire partnership lifecycle.
β’ Influence stakeholders to achieve preferred-partner status, gain earlier API access, and enhance platform economics.
β’ Initiate and assess partner discussions that align with the product roadmap and strategic objectives.
β’ Establish partnership frameworks, including referral, resale, bring-your-own-license, joint go-to-market, or integration-only models.
β’ Create scalable and consistent product partnership processes and standards.
β’ Lead discussions on pricing and commercial terms with Finance, covering referral fees, minimums, integration fees, and pilot carve-outs.
β’ Manage contract revisions and signature processes in collaboration with Legal, Information Security, and Finance.
β’ Oversee launch strategies with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
β’ Handle alpha-site selection, success metrics, general availability, joint messaging, and sales enablement efforts.
β’ Maintain a target map for adjacent players and identify and evaluate corporate development opportunities.
β’ Develop investment theses and valuation perspectives while coordinating due diligence efforts.
β’ Facilitate cross-functional partnership commitments with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Success teams.
β’ Create strategic contact and meeting plans for key industry events.
β’ 8-10+ years of experience in product partnerships, business development, or corporate development within Healthcare SaaS, with direct exposure to US health systems.
β’ Proven project management capabilities to manage six to eight partner workstreams simultaneously and coordinate cross-functional actions, particularly with Product and Engineering teams.
β’ Strong understanding of product and technical concepts, including APIs and AI model integrations.
β’ Ability to bridge communication between partner-side and product-side stakeholders.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Strong problem-solving attitude and results-driven approach.
β’ Demonstrated success in integrating third-party solutions and achieving strong adoption with live customers.
β’ Experience personally negotiating and finalizing multi-party commercial agreements, including pricing, and managing the redline process.
β’ Familiarity with EHR integration challenges and PHI and BAA considerations.
β’ Proactive and self-driven; takes initiative to create solutions rather than waiting for guidance.
β’ Sound judgment regarding confidentiality, especially in corporate development contexts.
β’ Must currently be authorized to work in the United States.
β’ Must maintain authorization to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future.
