This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a portfolio of strategic partners while acting as the main relationship steward.
• Classify and prioritize partners based on their strategic potential, performance, health, and market opportunities.
• Conduct weekly or bi-weekly touchpoints, facilitate quarterly business reviews, align on joint strategies, and ensure partners meet revenue targets.
• Be responsible for sourced and influenced pipeline and booking goals.
• Discover co-selling opportunities, activate referral channels, and enhance OEM relationships.
• Formulate partner business plans that include quarterly targets, go-to-market strategies, campaign priorities, and metrics for success.
• Assess new market routes, commercial models, integrations, and joint offerings, driving high-potential opportunities from concept to execution.
• Organize co-marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, onboarding processes, training, certifications, and ongoing support.
• Utilize Euler, Crossbeam, Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, and other planning or enablement tools to ensure accountability and track progress.
• Advocate for partners internally, escalate integration requests, collaborate with Product and Support teams, align Sales on shared accounts, and convey partner insights.
• Maintain visibility of the pipeline and monitor progress toward quarterly revenue targets.
• Identify and address operational or program-related challenges.
• Cultivate relationships with key technical and commercial contacts within partner organizations.
• Lead strategic initiatives such as joint roadmap planning and co-marketing efforts.
• Travel up to 20% as needed for business purposes, including up to 15 days annually for company-wide events.

• Understanding of partner business models, sales structures, customer bases, product roadmaps, and economic factors.
• Skill in creating partner business plans, go-to-market strategies, campaigns, sales initiatives, enablement activities, and metrics for success.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce, Highspot, Crossbeam, Euler, and Gong.
• Ability to collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations, and Support teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and participate in company-wide events requiring up to 15 days of travel annually.
