This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement cohesive business plans and seasonal account strategies to drive profitable revenue growth and meet brand/fan objectives.
• Build and nurture strategic partner relationships for effective partner management and execution.
• Refine the sales process with a comprehensive go-to-market strategy.
• Contribute insights on commercial growth and brand development opportunities alongside the leadership team.
• Deliver business updates along with sell-in and sell-through analyses to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Identify and facilitate expansion opportunities that align with brand strategies.
• Assess the business by product category and pinpoint areas for investment or divestment.
• Oversee merchandising, analysis, and marketing initiatives in the digital space.
• Ensure pre-season bookings are in accordance with the fiscal year plan.
• Manage gross-to-net by achieving monthly shipping targets.
• Strengthen vendor-retailer relationships, foster new connections, and lead interactions with key strategic customers.
• Boost market share, availability, visibility, and sell-through while driving planning and forecasting with internal partners.
• Collaborate with merchandising teams to align products with sales goals.
• Partner with marketing to create sell-through and strategic partner engagement and activation strategies.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field is mandatory.
• At least six (6) years of experience in sales and/or account management or a similar role.
• Experience in footwear and apparel is highly preferred.
• Regular travel to customer accounts is expected, including the use of a personal or rental vehicle.
• A satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and adherence to minimum personal auto insurance requirements are necessary.
• Proven track record of working effectively within complex global organizations.
• Documented experience in managing digital wholesale is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with moderate skills in Excel/data management and manipulation.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate at all organizational levels.
• Capability to operate under the pressure of competing and occasionally conflicting priorities.
• Proficient multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Quantitative skills and analytical thinking for forecasting and numerical management.
• Solid understanding of retail math (e.g., sales, margin, turn, etc.).
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships with internal teams.
