Strategic Partner Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take full strategic and commercial responsibility for multi-million-dollar banking portfolios

• Identify, negotiate, and finalize intricate, multi-year expansion agreements

• Cultivate trusted relationships with C-level executives and SVPs at banking partners

• Challenge existing bank assumptions using market insights to create new collaborative solutions

• Promote institutional adoption across various bank departments

• Ensure swift onboarding processes for corporate clients

• Set new organizational benchmarks

• Guide and mentor team members

• Drive collaborative product and marketing strategies with internal leadership

• Oversee FISPAN’s largest and most critical bank partnerships

• Promote user growth, market expansion, and alignment with C-suite executives

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise sales or account management

• More than 7 years of experience in selling or managing directly within commercial banking or fintech

• Capability to operate as a peer to senior bank executives and enterprise sales leadership

• Institutional-level expertise in commercial banking

• Institutional-level expertise in corporate treasury

• Institutional-level expertise in real-time payments

• Institutional-level expertise in enterprise fintech architectures
